PRICING & PACKAGES

Every downsizing project is unique, which is why I don't believe in one-size-fits-all pricing. The scope of work depends on factors like the size of your home, how much needs to be sorted, whether you're coordinating an estate sale, your timeline, and how much hands-on help you need.

Here's how we determine your investment:

After a complimentary phone consultation to discuss your situation, we'll schedule a home visit to assess the project firsthand. We'll walk through your space together, understand what needs to happen, and listen to your goals and concerns.

From there, we'll provide a detailed written proposal that outlines exactly what we'll do, the estimated timeline, and transparent pricing; whether that's an hourly rate, a project-based fee, or a combination. You'll know what to expect before we begin, with no surprises.

Our goal is to create a plan that fits your needs and your budget, so you can move forward with confidence.

ABOUT ME

My path to Estate Curate has been anything but conventional—but every step led me here.
I started in fashion, studied corrections and worked with young offenders, then spent years as a jewelry artist and costumer for film and television. Throughout all of it, one thing remained constant: my eye for detail and my need to create order from chaos.
Even as a young girl, I was always reorganizing my family's rooms and constantly redecorating my own space. I've always tried to live minimally, finding peace in simplicity and intention. But it wasn't until I faced one of life's most difficult transitions that I discovered my true calling.
In my twenties, I moved to Mexico and met Ann—a vibrant woman in her fifties who would become my closest friend. For 26 years, we shared our lives. Ann was a collector with exquisite taste, filling her home with art, treasures, and memories from a rich, creative life. When she passed away at 83, unmarried and without children, I was entrusted with organizing her estate.
It was an honor and a heartbreak. Sorting through decades of her belongings, I realized this wasn't just about clearing a home—it was about honoring a life. Every piece had a story. Every decision mattered. I found homes for her art, placed her treasures with people who would cherish them, and slowly, carefully, said goodbye on her behalf.
That experience changed me. I found purpose in the process. I discovered I could hold space for people during one of life's most overwhelming transitions—with patience, respect, and an understanding that this work is never just about things. It's about legacy, memory, and moving forward with grace.
Estate Curate was born from that calling. Whether you're downsizing, transitioning, or managing an estate after loss, I'm here to guide you through it with the same care and intention I gave to Ann.
  • "Michelle transformed my space and gave me room to breathe" After our renovation, my bathroom and walk-in closet were completely overwhelming. Michelle created order and helped me let go of what I didn't need. Now everything has a place, and my home feels calm and intentional. She made the whole process easy and judgment-free.

  • When my Aunt Ann passed I was faced with clearing a lifetime of her abundant, artful collecting. Michelle took the reins and methodically organized and rehomed much of her collection. Her efficiency and dedication to sorting out the chaos was a wonder to witness
